Recent Work in Spokane
Northeast Spokane, near Hillyard
This remodel started in the kitchen and kept going. We installed shaker cabinets, quartz-look countertops and a subway tile backsplash, then ran LVP flooring throughout the house, put in new doors and trim, and updated the bathroom. Having one contractor handle the cabinets, tile, floors and trim kept the project on a single schedule.
Northwest Spokane
In a Northwest Spokane home, we replaced the basement drywall. Basement drywall often needs replacing after moisture problems or when an older finish is being updated, and it’s one of the most common projects we see across the city.

Working on Spokane’s Homes
From the older homes in neighborhoods like Hillyard to newer houses on the north side, Spokane has a wide mix of housing. Older plaster and drywall, layered flooring and walls that have been patched many times are all common. We look at what’s actually behind the surface during the on-site estimate so your price reflects the real conditions.
Permits Inside Spokane City Limits
For homes inside the city, permits are handled by the City of Spokane’s development services at City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. The City’s basement finish guide, for example, says a new basement bedroom or other room needs at least a building permit and an electrical permit. We’ll tell you if anything in your plan is likely to need one.
How It Works
- 1. Call or text photos. Call (425) 240-5076 or text photos to (425) 240-5076. A few pictures and a short note are usually enough for a ballpark idea of what your project involves.
- 2. $35 on-site estimate. If it makes sense to move forward, we schedule a visit to measure and look at the conditions in person. The estimate costs $35, and that fee is credited to your job if you hire us.
- 3. Written estimate. You get the scope, materials and price in writing, so you know exactly what is and isn’t included before anything starts.
- 4. The work. We schedule the work, protect your home, complete the scope in the right order, and walk through the finished job with you.
- 5. 1-year workmanship warranty. We walk the finished work with you, and our workmanship is covered for one year.
