Tenant Improvement FAQ
Do you build to approved plans?
Yes. Send drawings, approved plans or a sketch. Permit and code requirements, including fire and accessibility items, depend on the space and the jurisdiction, so we review them with you during the estimate.
Can you work while neighboring tenants are open?
Yes. We can schedule noisy or dusty work for evenings and weekends to limit disruption and complaints.
Do you only handle large TIs?
No. We also take smaller scopes. If a suite only needs a refresh, see office turnovers.
