Good Works Solutions LLC frames walls and builds out interior spaces for homeowners, property owners and businesses in Spokane and the surrounding area. On the residential side, that means new walls, closets, basement framing and room changes. On the commercial side, it means tenant improvements: turning an empty or outdated space into one that’s ready for the next tenant or your business.

Commercial work often involves plans, permits and other trades. When your build-out needs electrical or plumbing work, we bring in licensed electricians and plumbers as part of your project and manage their scheduling, so you have one point of contact. The licensed trade pulls its own permits and coordinates the details of its work with you. How It Works
- 1. Call or text photos. Call (425) 240-5076 or text photos to (425) 240-5076. A few pictures and a short note are usually enough for a ballpark idea of what your project involves.
- 2. $35 on-site estimate. If it makes sense to move forward, we schedule a visit to measure and look at the conditions in person. The estimate costs $35, and that fee is credited to your job if you hire us.
- 3. Written estimate. You get the scope, materials and price in writing, so you know exactly what is and isn’t included before anything starts.
- 4. The work. We frame to the agreed layout, then move through drywall, paint and flooring as your scope calls for, keeping you updated at each stage.
- 5. 1-year workmanship warranty. We walk the finished work with you, and our workmanship is covered for one year.

Framing and TI FAQ
Do I need a permit to add a wall?
Often, yes, especially if the wall creates a new bedroom, changes a commercial space or affects structure, electrical or exits. Permit rules depend on whether you’re in the City of Spokane, another city or unincorporated Spokane County. We’ll talk through it during your estimate.
Can you remove a wall?
Removing a non-load-bearing wall is a common remodel task. If a wall might be load-bearing, it needs to be evaluated before anything is removed, and engineering or a permit may be required. We’ll tell you what we see on site.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. We handle tenant improvements and commercial remodeling, including framing, drywall, paint and flooring. Send us your plans or photos of the space to get started.
Can you handle the whole build-out, not just the framing?
Yes. Framing, drywall, painting, flooring, doors and trim are all within our scope, which keeps the schedule simpler than hiring separate crews.
