Exterior painting depends on the weather. We schedule exterior work for dry days within the paint manufacturer’s temperature range, and we’ll talk through timing when we give you your estimate.
Prep Is the Job
Most of what makes a paint job look professional happens before the first coat: filling and sanding, cutting in straight lines, priming patches so they don’t show through, and keeping paint off everything that isn’t being painted. When we give you an estimate, we look at the condition of your walls, siding and trim and spell out the prep in writing, so you can compare quotes on more than price.

How It Works
- 1. Call or text photos. Call (425) 240-5076 or text photos to (425) 240-5076. A few pictures and a short note are usually enough for a ballpark idea of what your painting involves.
- 2. $35 on-site estimate. If it makes sense to move forward, we schedule a visit to measure and look at the conditions in person. The estimate costs $35, and that fee is credited to your job if you hire us.
- 3. Written estimate. You get the scope, materials and price in writing, so you know exactly what is and isn’t included before anything starts.
- 4. The work. We protect the room, do the prep and repairs, apply the agreed coats, and walk the finished work with you before cleanup is done.
- 5. 1-year workmanship warranty. We walk the finished work with you, and our workmanship is covered for one year.

Painting FAQ
Do you help pick colors?
The colors are your call, but we’re glad to talk through sheen and how a color might work with the light and flooring in a room. We’ll note the paint product and sheen in your written estimate.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We’ll agree on this at the estimate. Small items and wall hangings are usually best moved by you. Larger furniture is often moved to the center of the room and covered.
Do you paint whole houses or just one room?
Both. Inside, we paint single rooms, accent walls and whole interiors. Outside, we handle everything from trim repairs to whole-house exterior painting. If you have a list of small jobs, we also offer on-call service and punch-list work.
Why does your estimate cost $35?
An on-site visit lets us measure, check the surfaces and give you a real written price instead of a guess. The $35 is credited to your job if you hire us. You can also text photos first for a ballpark.
